I want to report an issue with my equipment

The quickest way to report an issue with your equipment is to contact your School Manager for a link to our simple Equipment Form. This will automatically log a case.  We aim to service all requests within 48 hours. 

Please look after the equipment as much as possible.  Our replacement policy is such that if any of the equipment is lost or damaged due to misuse the school is obliged to pay for the replacement.  If the equipment is faulty and it is not due to misuse we shall replace it free of charge.
