How do I reset my password? 

First of all, remember that your username is your school email. Enter your school email at the log-in page of the app, and then click ‘Forgot password’ (see the orange circle in the image below). You will receive an email with your unique code to type into the app; you’ll then be prompted to choose a new password in the app.
