As a child, you dreamed about going to the Moon. After serving as a fighter pilot in Korea, you’ve finally become an astronaut with NASA. But will you survive the hazardous journey to become the person who takes one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind?


In this Experience, your class will learn about:

  • The life of Neil Armstrong and how he became the first man on the Moon
  • Historical context: the war in Korea, NASA, the space race, the President
  • Some basic needs of human survival (oxygen, food, water)
  • The Earth, the Moon, space and gravity
