Winter

You wake up to a cold morning, so you put on your coat and gloves. Your brother asks you to sweep the snow off the path and break the ice in the bird bowls. In the park, the Talking Tree is completely bare. You decide to make a snowman – and finally, your brother brings you a hot chocolate for being so helpful.

In this Experience, your class will learn about:

• Winter weather (e.g. cold, ice and snow) and how to dress appropriately
• Bare trees and fewer animals as they are sleeping or have gone away
• Activities like making a snowman and having a snowball fight
• Helping out our family (by sweeping snow off the path and breaking the ice in the bird bowls)
