Summer

You wake up to a hot morning and put on your t-shirt, sunhat and sun-cream. Your Mum asks you to water the flowers and pick some vegetables. In the park, the Talking Tree is covered in leaves, and you sing with the bumblebees. Finally, your Mum brings you a picnic for being so helpful.

In this Experience, your class will learn about:

• How to cool down and protect ourselves from heat (e.g. sun-cream, hat, drinking juice)
• Plants (e.g. strawberries) and animals (e.g. bees)
• Helping out our family by watering the plants and picking vegetables
