We’ve released two new Experiences to help your school celebrate Black history this month and all year round. Book your exclusive two week trial this autumn to broaden your pupils’ cultural capital and understanding of diverse perspectives and experiences with our 80 immersive audio adventures.
In a now>press>play Experience every child is given a pair of wireless headphones. Immersed in sound, they become the main character in a story, meeting people, discovering places, and solving problems on an educational adventure they’ll never forget.
now>press>play covers specific curriculum requirements, but also extends the children’s learning to increase their cultural capital.Stephen Hainie, Year 4 teacher, St George & St Teresa Primary
The Experience is used to introduce a new unit to the children, to hook them into the topic. The children are engrossed and learn lots of prior information about the unit. They are able to write recounts based on the Experience as they have been able to take the role of the character. The teachers use the characters throughout history/geography units making reference back to the Experience in their lessons.Saira Hussain, Subject Lead, Sunning Hill Primary School
