The world is falling apart and will soon be uninhabitable. When a space mission to discover a new planet for humans is launched, you are one of the twelve young people chosen to go. But will you even make it out of our atmosphere? And how will you survive on the new planet if you do reach it?

This experience covers:

  • Gravity force, different on other planets and stars; gravity forces between earth and moon, and between earth and sun
  • Our sun as a star, other stars in our galaxy, other galaxies
  • Seasons and the Earth’s tilt, day length at different times of year, in different hemispheres
  • Light year as a unit of astronomical distance
